The holiday season is a time of sharing joyful memories, gifts and what we are grateful for.
With that being said, we would like to list the highlights we are grateful for this year;
We’ve grown as a company.
Both creatively and professionally, we’ve grown with the addition of two additional Service Center Agents, Isak and Simon. We’ve also recruited two experienced developers from our Sri Lankan DevOps team Avinda and Asanka, who’ve moved to Enköping to join us.
Shoppa enters the North American Market.
Erkki Joensuu, our previous Shoppa Finland Manager, has moved to Phoenix, AZ, to establish and spearhead our first international division Shoppa USA. Shoppa USA will be the first step to entering the North American Market.
Introducing: Social Media (Coming Soon)
To enable even greater meticulous control of how stores interact and communicate with customers, we’ve worked hard at bringing this feature to the market. This software feature will allow you to push current existing or specially made signage material directly to a linked Instagram page, giving you control of the customer’s behaviour and perception from the moment of interaction through Social Media in the comforts of their home to viewing the product inside the store. New Website – Shoppa.com
The new website will mark a new beginning for the Marketing department, a fresh start to set the tone for the coming years, with more and more content planned to be released as well!
During December our Swedish office will have closed starting on the 24th of December 2022 until the 8th of January 2023. The office opens yet again on the 9th of January. Our Service Center will remain open Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00 (CET).
