Submitting a Support ticket is easy as 1,2,3

Here’s how you do it!

1. Click “Submit a support ticket”

2. Fill out the form with your email address, the subject of your request and finally the description of the request

3. Click submit

Done! The ticket has now been raised to our support and you will receive an email with your ticket ID.

Depending on the problem, we sometimes need to remotely control your computer to help you sort problems out. In those cases we use the software application TeamViewer. We can not connect to your computer without your approval.
