One of the largest retail chains in the Nordic region chooses new signage software from Shoppa. With the new signage software, Coop Norway obtains a platform for both physical and digital in-store signage. Key requirements include reducing the time spent on in-store signage work and giving merchants a tool to increase their sales.
With its 12-chain concept and more than 1,250 stores, Coop Norway has a great need to streamline its signage communication.
It was important for them to find signage software that could eliminate their reliance on IT in the signage process while providing the Marketing department with more opportunities. Their goals included being able to positively influence customers’ buying decisions, reduce costs and create a friendly and inviting shopping experience.

The implementation project is in full swing, and the first stores will be getting Shoppa’s signage software in the spring of 2016. The plan is for all stores and the chain concept to be installed during 2017.
