The Sales Manager EMEA supports the development of the EMEA Sales organization’s objectives within the overall B2B strategy with EMEA line management through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning and budgeting meetings. Conscientious coordination: Managing the EMEA Sales process including coordination and prioritization of customer projects.
Observe, and think ahead: Assuring personal target achievement for profitable sales revenues, volumes, market share and other key financial performance objectives for EMEA customers.
Take responsibility: Provide input for the growth of EMEA regional business – strategy, sales channel design, go-to-market business models and strategic account planning.
Help shape the future: Recommending strategies with regards to implementation of new product and product line revisions, pricing strategy and marketing support tools and communications
Think holistically: Provide input on industry, competitor and market supporting further B2B analysis as well as coordinating field forecasting within the EMEA region.
Networked communication: Building and maintaining strong customer and inter-company relationships as well as peer support.
Preferred personalities: Initiative, adaptability, flexibility and willingness to travel (>50%), entrepreneurial mindset Working Practice: Analytical, strategic and action-orientated thinking Experience and Knowledge: Minimum 5-8 years of international sales management experience Qualifications: Strong interpersonal, cooperation and communication skills Languages: Proficient English and Swedish language skills Education: Technical degree and/or MBA preferred
